We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Lebanon. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of defect or damage, such as photographs, must be sent to hello@wearame.com to initiate the return process.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
